Junior Scrappers

The SB is introducing a scrapbook club for kids. Kids 8 and up are invited to a monthly class where they will make 2 two page layouts(4 pages total). By the end of the school year they will have a 40 page completed album!

Monkey Business!

What a great weekend!!

Saturday (08/01) we celebrated life!!

Some of you might remember when we celebrated Anne's birthday at the Shoppe. Anne invited some of her close friends to crop the night away! One of the ladies at the party liked the idea so much that she herself decided to celebrate her birthday at the shoppe with a little twist! She choose to use the party as a way to thank her guests for their friendship. So her birthday party morphed into "Celebrate Life" where each woman's birthday was acknowledged.

She was able to combine the right stamps with the right paper for some good old fashioned "monkey business"!! She spent a few weeks designing invitations and an 8X8 mini album as a gift for each of her friends who became known as the "funkey monkeys"!!

To make the "Celebrate Life" banners, which were later added to the 8X8 mini album, she used Sassafras Lass' Bungle Jungle.

For a small price, Nita whipped up this fabulous cake. Nita got the idea from the stamps used decorated like the mini album. They are Changitos.

The store is coming along nicely. Cherie has been busy decorating, and filling the store with more product. Check out these cute little tables Clint made. There is one right by the door- it worked perfect for the decorations and name tags I made for the party!
